Clinical Care LVN/LPN Responsibilities Administeroral, injectable, intravenous, and topical medications Perform patient assessments, monitor vitals, and document responses to treatment Supportphlebotomy, vaccine administration, and point-of-care testing Document patient medical history, medications, allergies, and related details in theelectronic medical record (EMR) Communicate professionally with patients, families, and the clinical team Keep the clinicorganized, clean, and well-stocked Help connect patients to appropriate resources for self-care and disease management Clinical Care LVN/LPN Requirements High School Diploma or GED Active, unrestricted LPN/LVN license(must be in good standing) Minimum 1 yearrelated experience in a healthcare setting Experience inPrimary Care, Urgent Care, or Emergency Room EMR proficiency (Epic preferred) Attendance is mandatory for the first 90 days Clinical Care LVN/LPN Preferred Qualifications EpicEMR experience Strong comfort with fast-paced, patient-facing outpatient clinic workflows If you think this Clinical Care LVN/LPNposition is a good fit for you, please apply to this posting!
