Schedule: Full-Time | Monday-Saturday with one weekday off, Sundays off, and one Saturday off per month
Location: Asheville Area | In Person
Compensation: Competitive Base Salary + Uncapped Commission + Performance Bonus
A growing residential construction company is looking for a confident, customer-focused Home Sales Consultant who enjoys building relationships, guiding customers through major decisions, and turning warm leads into successful sales.
This is a great fit for someone with strong consultative sales experience who can manage multiple clients, explain options clearly, and stay involved from the first conversation through the pre-construction process.

What You'll Be Doing
- Meet with prospective homeowners and learn what they're looking for in a custom home
- Guide clients through floor plans, upgrades, finishes, and design selections
- Follow up with company-provided leads and convert them into appointments and sales opportunities
- Prepare estimates, pricing, and purchase agreements
- Help clients understand financing and lending steps
- Manage an active sales pipeline and keep customers informed throughout the process
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth transition from sale to construction
- Build strong relationships and create an excellent customer experience from start to finish
- 2+ years of successful consultative sales experience
- Residential construction, new home sales, or real estate experience is a strong plus
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Organized and comfortable managing multiple customers at once
- Confident discussing pricing, contracts, and large purchasing decisions
- Comfortable using CRM systems and Google Workspace
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required
- Competitive base salary
