DUTIES AND ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

·         Ability to read architectural floor plans

·         Cursory knowledge of the construction industry and processes

·         Must be proficient in installation of all doors and mechanical hardware. (Exit devices, closers, mortise locks, mullions, etc.)

·         Flexibility to transfer between multiple projects on an as needed basis

·         Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with management, co-workers and customers 

·         Other duties and job responsibilities as needed

·         Minimum Tool Requirements:

o    Work Boots w/ Safety Toe

o    Cordless Drill Set w/ Tips (Impact and Driver Drill)

o    Hand Tools As Required

o    Tool cart

o    Ladder

o    Power Tools:

§  Skill Saw

§  Angle Grinder

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

·         Able to stand for extended periods of time.

·         Able to lift up to 80lbs.

·         Ability to work in various weather elements.

·         Able to communicate in a friendly and professional manner to customers and team members.

·         Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with Management, co-workers and customers.
