This flexible contract position is perfect for professionals eager to deliver psychological services in a dynamic educational setting near Eden Prairie, MN. With both part-time options available—either approximately 25-26 hours across 3.5 days or around 18 hours over 2.5 days—you can select the schedule that fits your life, and there's potential for a full-time future commitment. Locations are to be confirmed, keeping your work environment adaptable as well.

Key Qualifications:

• Education Specialist or Doctoral degree in School Psychology (or equivalent).
• Valid Minnesota school psychologist license (PELSB).
• Commitment to equity and culturally responsive, inclusive practices.
• Proficiency in evidence-based assessments, interventions, and mental health supports.
• Strong collaboration and communication abilities with diverse stakeholders.

Preferred Experience:

• National School Psychologist Certification (NCSP) or eligibility.
• Background in MTSS consultation, problem-solving, and intervention support.
• Demonstrated leadership, facilitation, and adult learning skills.
• Knowledge in crisis prevention, intervention, postvention, and mental health needs.
• Understanding of federal/state special education regulations and compliance.
• Successful experience working in urban or multicultural settings.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Provide psychological evaluation and assessment for K-12 students.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for intervention planning and implementation.
• Offer consultation and crisis support to staff, students, and families.
• Support district MTSS models and data-driven decision-making processes.
• Foster inclusive, culturally attuned environments for all students.
