FIVE STAR STAFFING IS NOW HIRINGExperienced Apartment Make Ready Technicians – DFW Area

Five Star Staffing is seeking experienced Apartment Make Ready Technicians to join top apartment communities throughout the Dallas-Fort Worth area.

Apartment industry experience is REQUIRED. This position is for candidates with previous apartment make-ready or apartment maintenance experience. Candidates without apartment industry experience will not be considered.

• Complete apartment make-readies and unit turns efficiently while meeting property deadlines
• Perform painting, drywall repairs, basic plumbing and electrical repairs, cleaning, and general maintenance of vacant apartments
• Prepare apartments to company standards for new resident move-ins
• Complete maintenance work orders as assigned
• Assist with maintaining the property's curb appeal and common areas
• Communicate effectively with property management and maintenance teams regarding unit progress and completion
• Support the maintenance team with additional property maintenance tasks as needed
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies

• Previous apartment make-ready or apartment maintenance experience is REQUIRED
• Knowledge of painting, drywall repair, basic plumbing, electrical, and general maintenance
• Experience with appliance repairs, preventative maintenance, pools, or irrigation is a plus
• Must provide your own basic hand tools
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required
• Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently
• Strong work ethic with a positive, team-oriented attitude
• Basic smartphone or computer skills for work order systems are a plus
