Vassar Brothers Medical Center is seeking a BE/BC Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Practitioner to join a busy and growing primary care practice in Hyde Park, NY. The practice sees patients of all ages. Employed outpatient practices utilize hospitalist programs for in-patient admissions. Work in a fully outpatient setting with a state-of-the-art, systemwide integrated electronic health record. Daily Management Systems empower frontline teams to solve problems at the practice level. A unified, networkwide EMR streamlines communication with hospitals and consultants. Responsibilities Deliver comprehensive, team-based care for a diverse adult patient population. Partner with skilled multidisciplinary staff to manage acute and chronic conditions. Promote wellness across an entire panel of patients. Work with medical students or residents from IM or FM Residency programs. Compensation Highly competitive base salary along with quality and productivity incentives. Competitive base salary + incentive compensation. Potential hiring bonus and relocation stipend. Salary Range: $275,000 - $285,000, commensurate or relative to experience.
