OTR Dry van Company driver (W-2) Job in Fond du Lac, WI by HMD Trucking

Requirements

• 1 year of CDL-A OTR experience
• No DUI/DWI in the last 5 years
• No more than 3 moving violations or 3 preventable accidents
• No excessive speeding (over 21 mph) in the last 3 years
• Must be above 23 years old at the time of applying

Vacancy description

Transport dry van freight nationwide out of Fond du Lac as a solo CDL-A driver on reliable OTR lanes. Starting pay is 65 CPM with weekly averages near 2,500 miles, focused on safe, timely delivery of freight.

Responsibilities:

• Operate and secure dry van shipments across interstate routes.
• Perform thorough pre/post-trip inspections and maintain accurate logs and paperwork.
• Coordinate with dispatch and meet customer expectations.

Requirements & Offerings:

• Must hold a CDL-A and have a minimum of 12 months driving experience.
• Drive modern trucks under three years with APUs, inverters, sleepers and in-house maintenance support. Home every two weeks, plus safety/inspection/referral bonuses and comprehensive benefits including health, dental, vision, PTO, and 401(k).
