Program Supervisor ICF

Responsibilities Direct the daily operation of assigned residential facility to assure quality services that meet the therapeutic, social, emotional, health, and safety needs of the individuals in accordance with Devereux Philosophy of Care, established Center Procedures, Standards of Conduct, Best Practices, and regulatory requirements. Oversee operations to ensure quality programming, regulatory compliance, adherence to policy and procedures, and training/mentoring of staff. Qualifications At least 21 years old. Valid driver’s license. Bachelor's Degree from an accredited program in human services or a related field. Three (3) years of human service experience, with at least one (1) year of supervisory experience. Empathetic, team‑player, with excellent written and verbal communication skills. Energetic, creative, understanding of behavior management theories and positive reinforcement. Strong passion for working with adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Valid license and ability to complete eight days of new‑hire orientation. Physical capacity to walk, sit, stand, lift 75‑100 lbs., and perform routine office tasks.
