Requirements

• Licensed dental hygienist
• X-ray / Radiography Certification

Dental Hygiene degree and Maryland dental hygienist license

Job Description

Duties:
- Perform dental hygiene procedures, including cleaning, scaling, and polishing teeth
- Take and develop dental x-rays
- Assess patients' oral health and provide appropriate treatment recommendations
- Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques and preventive care
- Administer local anesthesia as needed
- Maintain accurate patient records using medical coding systems such as Epic, Eaglesoft, or Dentrix
Experience:
- Minimum of [X] years of experience as a Dental Hygienist
- Proficiency in using dental software systems such as Epic, Eaglesoft, or Dentrix
- Knowledge of dental terminology and procedures
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment
