Job Details:

• Schedule: Nights, 12-hour shifts, minimum of 36 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: Valid RN license, Bachelors Degree in Nursing, at least 13 years of relevant experience, Ohio state licensure, and certification in Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS).
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience supporting virtual nursing operations and familiarity with ICU protocols.
• Additional Information: This role involves replacing a contract nurse and supporting virtual nursing operations which will take 2.7 Full Time Equivalents (FTEs). The position supports a productivity rate of 121% with a year-to-date productivity of 99%. The RN vacancy rate is 35.7%, and the role supports overall departmental productivity and staffing needs.
