We have an immediate opening for a caregiver in the 77532 area. We are looking for someone who has a genuine heart and passion for caring for seniors.

The client is an older female whose family is seeking assistance with daily household and personal care needs, including laundry, light housekeeping, incontinence care, meal preparation, bathing, cooking, and companionship. The family also prefers a caregiver who has experience providing care for bedridden patients.

We are seeking experienced caregivers who are dedicated and compassionate about providing care services to individuals with disabilities, injuries, mobility challenges, or illnesses.

Salary: $13–$16 per hour, based on experience

Responsibilities:

• Provide personal hygiene assistance, including bathing, showering, dressing, grooming, toileting, and incontinence care
• Assist with the care and daily needs of a bedridden client
• Assist with mobility and repositioning as needed
• Plan, prepare, cook, and serve meals
• Perform laundry and light housekeeping duties
• Provide companionship and meaningful interaction
• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs)
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for the client
• Report any unusual incidents or changes in the client's condition
• Act quickly and responsibly in the event of an emergency
• Provide compassionate, respectful, and dependable care at all times

Qualifications:

• Must be available to work weekend shifts
• Must be able to provide Tier 3 level care
• Must have 10+ years of caregiving experience OR be a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)
• Experience caring for bedridden patients is strongly preferred
• Minimum of 1 year of prior experience in healthcare, hospitality, or an in-home care environment
• Enjoy providing clients with an above-and-beyond “wow” experience
• Enjoy working in a one-on-one setting and be eager to continuously improve and learn new skills
• Compassionate, patient, dependable, and supportive
• Pleasant and customer-friendly
• Self-starter who is organized and able to manage tasks efficiently and independently
• Ability to perform all essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodations
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Willingness to follow and enforce health and safety standards
• High School Diploma/Equivalent or relevant caregiving experience
• Take pride in providing high-quality care
