Air Quality Environmental Compliance SpecialistInsight Global is seeking an Air Quality Environmental Compliance Specialist in the Four Corners (Durango, CO) to join a growing midstream oil and gas company. This is a direct hire salaried position. This position manages environmental compliance from conception to completion and requires strong communication skills. Coordinate and provide environmental technical support to field operations, engineering, & regulatory personnel. Ensure compliance with all applicable environmental regulations, permits, authorizations, and agreements. Interface with regulatory and jurisdictional stakeholders particular to the asset team (SUIT, Jicarilla, COGCC, NMED, OCD, EPA) Participate in the project planning and development through all stages to facilitate communication of project impacts between all stakeholders. Manages consultants as required in the development of specialized permitting (air, water, waste) Coordinates routine compliance inspections with operations for air permits and participates in external audits as required. Maintains files for air permits and compliance reporting. Serves as a member of the company's emergency response team and be involved in the spill management program. Serves as team lead or SME in company Root Cause Analyses in efforts to identify actionable recommendations to improve system safety, integrity and compliance. Ability to advise the company on scalable air compliance or EMIS systems. Develop and manage tools and templates to manage the collection of environmental compliance information.
