Financial Planner (1 yr financial exp / 3 yrs employment exp preferred)

Responsibilities:  

• Build and grow your book of business with a focus on new client acquisition and retention with support from our Senior Advisors 
• Conduct comprehensive financial planning sessions and recommend tailored solutions 
• Foster long-term relationships with clients and provide ongoing support 
• Utilize company-provided leads, tools, and resources to drive business growth 

Education and Qualifications:  

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field or a minimum of two years of experience in financial services. 
• License and Certifications (Preferred): CFP, CFA, 2-14, or Series 65
• Reliable transportation and ability to work on-site Monday to Friday 
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for helping others achieve their financial goals. 
• Must be a US citizen 

Benefits:  

• Advisor Compensation Options: W-2 position with a $30,000 base salary plus uncapped commission, or a 1099 independent contractor role offering 100% commission
