Pediatric Dentist or General Dentist with Pediatric Interest – Yorktown, VA

$1,000–$1,300 Daily Guarantee OR 30–40% of Production | Full-Time or Part-Time

Nicolini Pediatric Dentistry is a growing private pediatric dental practice in Yorktown, Virginia, seeking a  compassionate, motivated dentist who genuinely enjoys working with children to join our team.

While we are primarily seeking a  Pediatric Dentist , we are also open to a  General Dentist who loves working with children and has experience or a strong interest in treating pediatric patients .

This is a long-term opportunity for a dentist who enjoys working with children and wants clinical autonomy, a supportive team environment, and the opportunity to grow alongside an expanding private practice.

• Competitive Compensation:  $1,000–$1,300 daily guarantee OR 30–40% of production, whichever is higher , for qualified candidates. Compensation will be based on experience, clinical background, pediatric experience, board certification/eligibility, and overall qualifications.
• The daily guarantee is available during the first year for the right candidate. After the first year, compensation will transition to a production-based model at the applicable production percentage.
• Sign-on bonus and relocation assistance may be negotiable based on experience and individual circumstances.
• Full-time or part-time schedule available, ideally 2–4 days per week, Monday–Thursday .
• Typical hours are approximately 8:00 AM–5:00 PM .
• Flexible scheduling with the opportunity to increase days as patient volume grows.
• Potential long-term partnership/ownership opportunity for the right candidate.

Provide comprehensive dental care for pediatric patients from infancy through adolescence, including:

• Comprehensive examinations and treatment planning
• Preventive and restorative pediatric dentistry
• Stainless steel crowns and pulpotomies
• Extractions and space maintainers
• Emergency dental care
• Nitrous oxide sedation
• Other routine pediatric procedures within your training, experience, and comfort level

For a  General Dentist , we are particularly interested in candidates who have prior experience treating children or a strong desire to develop their skills and clinical experience in pediatric dentistry.

• DMD or DDS
• Board-certified preferred; board-eligible candidates welcome
• Recent pediatric residency graduates encouraged to apply
• Active Virginia dental license or eligibility for Virginia licensure

• DMD or DDS
• Active Virginia dental license or eligibility for Virginia licensure
