Kim Varnadore State Farm is seeking a service-oriented, sales-dominant Acquisitions Specialist who thrives on building relationships, delivering value, and closing new business. This role is ideal for someone who leads with empathy, listens first, and confidently turns meaningful conversations into smart buying decisions that protect customers and their families. You will be responsible for driving new business while delivering a high-quality customer experience. We are looking for a professional who understands that strong service builds trust—and trust builds long-term sales success. Florida requires proper state licensing to solicit and sell insurance products. For this position An active Florida 4-40 Customer Representative license or 2-20 General Lines (Property & Casualty) license is required prior to starting in the office. If not currently licensed, you must obtain the appropriate Florida Property & Casualty license before your Day 1 start date. A Florida 2-15 Life, Health & Variable Annuity license must be obtained within 45 days of starting. Full licensing support, study guidance, and onboarding assistance are provided to help you successfully complete the process.
