Front End Loader Operator

Front End Loader Operator – $17-$21+/hr BOE – Full-Time – Duplin County, NC We are seeking a highly skilled Front End Loader Operator to join our team in Duplin County, NC . This position requires direct experience operating a front-end loader in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment. Position Details Location: Rose Hill, Duplin County, NC Pay Range: $17-$21 per hour, based on experience (higher pay possible for highly skilled operators) Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM, with mandatory overtime on Saturdays (minimum 45 hours per week) Key Responsibilities Operate a front-end loader efficiently and safely to move, load, and distribute materials Perform daily inspections and routine maintenance on equipment, including greasing, oil changes, and minor repairs Work with horizontal grinders and screeners to process materials (experience with these machines is a plus) Ensure a safe and clean work environment by following OSHA regulations and company safety procedures Perform manual labor as needed, including shoveling, material handling, and site clean-up Work in various weather conditions and be comfortable with a physically demanding role Requirements Must have direct experience operating a front-end loader (experience with skid steers, forklifts, Bobcats, or similar equipment does not meet the requirement) Experience with horizontal grinders and screeners is strongly preferred Must be physically fit and capable of performing manual labor in a demanding, outdoor work environment Comfortable working in dusty, dirty, and rugged conditions Strong mechanical skills with the ability to service and maintain equipment , including lubrication, fluid changes, and minor repairs OSHA certification and Heavy Equipment Academy training preferred Must be a team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic Why Join Us?
