Location: 24th Street & Buckeye, Phoenix, AZ Pay Rate: $17.00/hour Schedule: Monday Friday | 8:00 AM 4:30 PM Employment Type: Contract to Hire

Position Overview

We are seeking reliable and team-oriented Warehouse Associates to support daily distribution center operations, including receiving, picking, packing, shipping, and inventory functions. This role requires strong attention to detail, a commitment to safety, and the ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Support daily warehouse functions including receiving, picking, storing, packing, and shipping.
• Pull, prepare, and complete shipping orders using RF scanners, paperwork, and packaging materials.
• Receive, verify, stage, and stock incoming materials.
• Perform inventory transactions, scan-ins, and maintain accurate inventory counts.
• Build shipping boxes and create shipping labels utilizing multiple carrier systems.
• Utilize warehouse computer systems to process orders and shipping documentation.
• Transport and stage materials throughout the warehouse.
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and 5S standards.
• Inspect warehouse equipment and report maintenance concerns.
• Cross-train in multiple warehouse functions to support department goals.
• Follow all safety procedures and maintain productivity and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs. throughout the shift.
• Comfortable using computers, scanners, tablets, and warehouse systems.
• Reliable attendance and willingness to work overtime as needed.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
• Strong attention to detail and teamwork skills.

• RF scanner experience
• Forklift, stack picker, or pallet jack experience
• Shipping and receiving experience
• Inventory and data entry experience
• OSHA 10 certification (training available)
