Administrative/Accounting Assistant
Our client has an immediate need for an Administrative Assistant that can handle administrative as well as some accounting duties.
- Answer phones, sort and distribute mail
- Manage calendar, schedule meetings
- Order office supplies
- Data entry of accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Prepare bank reconciliations
- Prepare PowerPoint slide presentations
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills, PowerPoint
- Strong communication skills required
