Requirements for Service Plumber: At least 13 years of hands-on experience in residential plumbing service (more is a plus) Must hold a valid Washington State PL01 (Journeyman Plumber) or PL02 (Residential Plumber) license Current and valid driver's license required Proven track record of effectively selling plumbing services and solutions to clients What We Offer Service Plumbers: Annual earnings range: $95,000 $140,000 Excellent benefits package Opportunities for overtime Paid time off (PTO) 401(k) plan Additional perks! Key Duties as a Service Plumber: Handle mainly residential plumbing service calls, including diagnostics, fixes, and installations Troubleshoot and repair/replace items such as faucets, toilets, water heaters, garbage disposals, drain lines, and water filtration setups Respond to both scheduled maintenance visits and urgent/emergency requests Interpret building plans, specifications, and local codes to plan the best approach for each job Follow all company safety guidelines and protocols consistently Approximately 90% of assignments involve single-family homes, with occasional multi-family or similar project Why Join Benjamin Franklin Plumbing?
