Urologist PRN

About this role Intermountain Health is expanding our Urology service line in Denver and seeks a board‑certified general Urologist to provide high‑quality patient care in a supportive environment. The role will support core daytime inpatient call coverage and help reduce reliance on locums, with approximately 6–15 shifts per month. You will provide hospital day call coverage, support clinic duties, and practice the full spectrum of general urology including diagnosis, treatment planning, minimally invasive procedures, and pre‑ and postoperative care for conditions such as kidney stones, hematuria, urinary tract infections, and prostate issues. Access to advanced technology, including robotic cases and the DaVinci robotic system, will be available. Responsibilities Provide hospital day call coverage for urology patients. Support clinic coverage as needed. Diagnose, treat, and manage common urological conditions. Perform minimally invasive procedures and robotic surgery. Coordinate pre‑ and postoperative care. Residency trained and Board Certified/Eligible in Urology. Active, unobstructed Colorado medical license, or ability to obtain one. Active DEA license, or ability to obtain one. Ability to successfully complete Intermountain Health’s credentialing process. Ideal candidates possess expertise in TURPs and robotic procedures using the DaVinci system.
