The Challenge

1. Own advanced diagnostics and electrical troubleshooting with a quality-first mindset.
2. Diagnose, repair, and replace transmissions with confidence.
3. Tackle engine diagnostics and major mechanical repairs.
4. Take on complex repairs that others avoid.
5. Pitch in on general A-Level work to keep the shop running smoothly.

You’ll have the autonomy to do it right—diagnose thoroughly, recommend accurately, and stand by the repair.

What’s In It for You

• Comp: $45–$55/hour with weekly pay
• Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM (zero weekends)
• Time Off: 80 hours PTO plus 72 hours paid sick time
• Holidays: 6 paid holidays
• Health Coverage: Employer pays 50% of health insurance
• Development: ASE tests and certifications fully covered by the shop
• Welcome Bonus: Up to $5,000 signing/retention bonus

What You’ll Need to Succeed

• 5+ years of professional automotive repair experience
• Exceptional diagnostic and electrical aptitude
• A-Level/Master-level mechanical skills
• Transmission experience strongly preferred
• Valid driver’s license and your own professional tools
• ASE certifications preferred—proven performance matters most
