Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Qualifications:

• Hold a current North Carolina SLP license
• Possess ASHA Certification (CCC-SLP)
• Experience working in school-based settings preferred
• Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
• Demonstrated commitment to fostering student development
• Ability to adapt therapy techniques to meet diverse student needs

Responsibilities:

• Deliver speech-language therapy services based on student IEPs
• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and ongoing progress assessments
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and support staff to optimize student support
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with all relevant guidelines
• Participate in IEP meetings and case conferences, providing professional input
• Develop engaging, individualized therapy plans and interventions
• Utilize evidence-based practices within a culturally responsive framework
