We are seeking an individual with a minimum of one year of RN experience for this role. We are seeking a dedicated RN to join our Podiatry clinic located at 1801 N. Senate Ave., Indianapolis, IN 46202. This is a full-time, onsite position. The RN will lead clinic operations and perform a variety of patient care duties, including rooming patients, taking vitals, drawing up injections, wound care, post-operative care, patient education, triaging messages, completing disability paperwork, surgery screening, care coordination, and discharge planning for post-surgical patients. Occasional travel to other sites will be required. This role offers the opportunity to work in a specialized podiatry setting, providing comprehensive care and support to patients. Qualifications Requires an Associate of Nursing (ASN); Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred. Requires an active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Indiana or an active Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) RN license. Requires graduation from a nationally accredited nursing program; exceptions may be considered for candidates with >2 years of relevant clinical experience, subject to review and approval by the Chief Nursing Officer. Requires Basic Life Support certification through the AHA. Other advanced Life Support certifications may be required per unit/department specialty according to patient care policies. May require ability to assess patients without face-to-face interaction. Requires awareness of legal implications of patient care activities as a RN.
