With over 1,000 stores worldwide, we invite you to start a dynamic career with us. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Take essential responsibility for the business performance of the store. Ensure all employees take breaks on time. Organize and supervise employee shifts. Participate in management and personnel meetings. Check stock levels and keep note of supplies. Store associates will be expected to cross‑train in each department including: Bread, Cake, POS, Bar. Maintain high standards of quality control, hygiene, and health & safety. Perform additional duties at the store when circumstances dictate. Qualifications Minimum of two years progressive experience in fast food or related food operations at a leadership level position. Strong organizational, communication and leadership skills. Ability to multitask and work with tight deadlines to meet new or changing demands. Proficient with Microsoft Office, specifically Word and Excel. Good attendance and available to work overtime when needed. Excellent work ethic and teamwork orientation. Adapt and demonstrate thorough understanding of the 85C concept. Available to work on weekends and holidays. This position requires moderate physical activity. Employees must have sufficient strength to perform duties including moderate lifting (up to 50 pounds), walking, bending, stooping, kneeling, and squatting. They must also stand and walk nearly continuously, perform repetitive hand motions, and reach overhead. Employees may be exposed to extreme temperatures in coolers and freezers.
