Mechanical Assembler
TOPS Staffing is hiring a Mechanical Assembler for a manufacturing company located in Irwin, PA. Join a dynamic team where your mechanical skills will keep production running smoothly and efficiently. If you're detail-oriented, handy with tools, and have experience in assembly or manufacturing, we want to hear from you! Shift & Pay: Schedule is Monday to Thursday, 5:00 AM to 3:30 PM, with overtime available on Fridays when needed. Pay: $20.00 to $22.50 per hour, based on experience. Client offers a yearly bonus to all production employees once hired directly which can exceed $6,000 per year for an assembler.
Job Overview
As a Mechanical Assembler, you'll be an essential part of the production line, assembling ball valves and related components repetitively but precisely. Key Responsibilities
- Assemble parts following detailed work instructions and blueprints.

- Work from prints or shop drawings to ensure accurate assembly.
- Conduct quality checks throughout the assembly process.
- Maintain a clean and organized work station.
- Follow all safety procedures and guidelines consistently.
Qualifications
Strong mechanical aptitude and experience with assembly or manufacturing. Ability to read and interpret blueprints and shop drawings. Comfortable working with hand and small power tools. Prior manufacturing experience preferred. Reliable and punctual with a valid driver's license. Must pass a background check.
Physical & Work Environment
Repetitive assembly work involving small, detailed tasks. Standing for long periods during shifts. Use of basic hand and power tools. Work in a manufacturing setting with safety protocols in place. Ability to lift and handle small parts and components. Comfortable working in a structured, team-oriented environment.
