Management Analyst

Summary You will serve as a management analyst with the Information Workforce Division, Deputy Commandant for Information at the GG-13 level. This position is located at HQ US MARINE CORPS. Responsibilities You will provide input to workforce development policy, plans, and guidance, and provide administrative customer support to subordinate elements and communities of interest. You will provide advice and conduct studies involving comprehensive analysis of United States Marine Corps (USMC) intelligence competency gaps and validate requirements. You will participate in analysis for immediate and long-range planning with senior management focused on management strategies to meet mission needs. You will participate in the development and implementation of career roadmaps. Requirements Conditions of Employment Qualifications Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GG/GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Ensure the integration, coordination, and implementation of civilian workforce management programs to maximize effectiveness and efficiency of civilian capabilities while minimizing technical organizational risk; Conducts studies, validates requirements, and supports long range workforce planning aligned to mission needs. Provides authoritative guidance ensuring workforce decisions comply with legal, regulatory, and policy standards. Oversees supervisory development programs and analyzes training resources to maximize efficiency and readiness. Identifies workforce gaps, assesses processes, and recommends improvements to enhance organizational effectiveness.
