ERP Specialist

Job Title: ERP Specialist Location: Remote with on‑site visits in LaPorte, TX Job Description Hands‑on ERP system management role reporting directly to leadership. You'll serve as the internal subject matter expert for ERP, CRM, and enterprise reporting systems — responsible for managing and optimizing platforms while developing the integrations, automations, and reporting that support day‑to‑day operations and strategic decision‑making. Responsibilities Serve as the subject matter expert for ERP, CRM, and enterprise reporting systems Configure and maintain applications to ensure optimal performance Collaborate cross‑functionally to identify business requirements and translate them into system solutions Develop interfaces, dashboards, reports, and workflows using Python, Power BI, and Microsoft Fabric Assist with data integrity, migration, and integration between applications and business tools Participate in system upgrades, testing, and implementation of new features and modules Provide training and support to end‑users, ensuring adoption and proper utilization of systems Document processes, configurations, and best practices for ongoing reference Requirements 5+ years hands‑on ERP experience (Microsoft Dynamics or Odoo strongly preferred) Strong Python development skills — integrations and customizations, not just scripting Solid Power BI experience with the ability to build and maintain reporting independently CRM platform experience Comfortable working autonomously and managing multiple priorities Preferred Microsoft Fabric Smartsheet Industrial, energy, or manufacturing background #J-18808-Ljbffr
