TravelNurseSource is working with Cynet Health to find a qualified Case Manager RN in Flushing, New York, 11355!
Job Title: BSN Case Manager Profession: RN Specialty: Case Management Duration: 13 weeks Shift: AM Hours per Shift: 7 Experience: Minimum years of experience required License: RN, BSN, NY license Certifications: Must have DCP & UR experience Description: The position is for a BSN Case Manager. You will be responsible for DCP and UR duties. Candidates must hold an RN and BSN. A valid NY license is required. Both DCP and UR experience are mandatory. Preferred qualifications include an RN and BSN. This is a full-time role during weekdays, totaling 35 hours per week. The work schedule is Monday through Friday. About Cynet Health
