As a Supervisor, you will lead the crews ensuring each team is maintaining on-site operations and ensure job completion according to estimate scope, safety standards, and customer satisfaction. Let's move!BenefitsFull Time Hours- We offer more work than any other moving company in the area thanks to our strong brand and trusted relationships.Accrued PTOFree Breakfast every MondayGet paid to work out!Quarterly Events-paintball, go cart racing, fishing trips, etc.Christmas Bonus5 Paid HolidaysTIPS- average of $200-$250 per week.RequirementsMust have at least a year of experience in professional movingMust have experience driving box trucks.What you'll doManage crew assignments, workflow, and pace throughout the move.Physical Labor - moving with crews, taking the lead on difficult/heavy items.Verify inventory accuracy and note ant changes for billing adjustments.Communicate directly with the customer on-site.Document job progress in real-time via company software.Responsible for driving box trucks, and maintaining trucks and safety procedures. Expectations:Serve as the primary on-site leader and communication point between the crew, customer and dispatch.Resolve on-site challenges promptly and escalate as needed to the Operations Manager.Verify all paperwork and signatures are completed before departure.Ensure property protection, time management, and professionalism at all times.Preferred qualificationsAbility to lead a team.Quick thinking and problem-solving skills.Ability to take control.Good communication skills.Experience in leadership.Physical labor experience required.Why you'll love it here: We're dedicated to fostering an environment where our employees can thrive both professionally and personally.
