Qualifications:

• 5+ years of leadership experience in healthcare business development
• Home health or hospice industry experience required
• Strong network with referral sources including hospitals, physicians, and case managers
• Proven success driving census growth and market development

Responsibilities:

• Lead regional business development and market expansion initiatives
• Build and maintain relationships with referral partners and healthcare networks
