Key Responsibilities Assist the dentist during a variety of treatment procedures Prepare and sterilize instruments and treatment rooms Take dental radiographs (X-rays) Ensure patients are comfortable and well-informed throughout their visit Maintain accurate patient records and charting Follow infection control protocols and OSHA guidelines Support front office duties as needed (scheduling, patient communication) Qualifications Dental Assistant certification (if required by state) X-ray license required 1+ year of dental assisting experience (preferred, but willing to train the right candidate) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Highly organized and detail-oriented Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a team environment What We Offer Competitive pay based on experience Health insurance 401(k) retirement plan Paid time off and holidays Supportive team environment Opportunities for growth and continuing education Why Join Us?
