Agronomy Sales Representative

This position is responsible for making sound agronomic recommendations to our customers regarding seed, crop nutrients and crop protection products and the sale of the same agronomy products along with custom application and precision ag services.

Pay Range: $60-85k starting depending on experience + sales commissions

Requirements:

• Graduation from an accredited related program. Relevant experience may be substituted for education.
• CCA Certification desired
• Demonstrated experience understanding customers' unique problems and determining the best fit for their needs
• Agricultural background desirable

Candidates must have a valid driver's license, meet the driver qualification standards established by the self-insured group in which the cooperative is a member and comply with Crystal Valley's drug and alcohol policy.
