Awesome Aerospace Company in North Tulsa is seeking a Team Lead for their Bench Mechanic Team

Shift: Days 6:30am to 3:30pm with OT as needed Pay: $25+ Depending on Experience

Temp to Perm

Bench Mechanic Team Lead responsibilities may include but not limited to:

• This position will support MRO Operations, specifically but not limited to Tubes/SS Fin/Military
• Perform on-site maintenance, inspections and repairs
• Assist in retaining and maintaining all on-site records in both hard copy and electronic form
• Continuously update and utilize an electronic, online maintenance tracking mechanism to allow for efficient maintenance planning, time limit item tracking
• Adhere to company policies including all safety compliances
• Manages material readiness, inventory and accountability of all maintenance related materials, specifically aviation parts, and tooling
• Read and understand Maintenance Manuals, Illustrated Parts Catalogs, and Structural Repair Manuals
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements

• High School education or equivalent
• 5 or more years mechanical experience, aerospace manufacturing preferred
• 5 or more years of prior leadership experience preferred
• Must be able to work 1st shift hours typically 6:30am to 3pm with overtime and weekends as business need demands
• Must be able to accomplish any and all duties with little or no assistance following new employee training
• Must have good command of the English language; oral and written
