We work with seniors and adolescent clients in their homes to assist with the following.

RN Summary

The Registered Nurse (RN) provides skilled nursing care to clients in their homes in accordance with the plan of care, physician orders, and agency policies. The RN performs comprehensive assessments, delivers evidence‑based interventions, documents accurately, and collaborates with the interdisciplinary team to ensure safe, high‑quality care.

LPN Summary

The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) provides direct nursing care to clients in their homes under the supervision of an RN and in accordance with the plan of care. The LPN supports clients with skilled tasks, monitoring, and education to promote safety, independence, and improved health outcomes.

Qualifications

• Active South Carolina RN/LPN license in good standing.

• Minimum 1 year of clinical experience (home health preferred but not required).

• (LPN) Minimum 6 months of clinical experience (home health preferred).

• Strong assessment, critical‑thinking, and documentation skills.

• Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and auto insurance.

• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

• CPR/BLS certification.
