COMPENSATION & BONUSES

• Competitive pay: $55 - $63 per massage and TIPS paid same day
• Earning potential $63.71 per service (just 6 services a day to reach six figures on a 5 day week!)
• Sign-on & referral bonus: Up to $2,000 (Additional information below)
• Retention bonus: Up to $2,000 for 1-year of service as a full-time employee
• Monthly performance bonuses: Based on prebooking and upgrades

SIGN-ON & REFERRAL BONUS PROGRAM

We reward Massage Therapists who join our team and the team members who refer them.

• We celebrate your journey with us: full-time MTs can earn up to $2,000 in bonuses, paid out as you hit key milestones
• Refer an MT, earn alongside them: When you refer a candidate who's hired, the bonus is split evenly between the referring party and the new MT, both earn as the new therapist hits each milestone.
• Apply on your own? Skip the split, you keep the entire bonus amount.

REQUIREMENTS

• Active Tennessee Massage Therapist License and current massage therapy liability insurance
• Knowledgeable in Swedish, Deep Tissue, and basic modalities
• Passion for wellness, client relationships, and community
• If you are newly licensed graduate from a massage therapist program, we have amazing Lead Massage Therapists who are ready to take you under their wing!
