This role will lead full-cycle recruitment for a variety of positions, including frontline staff, program and property managers, administrative roles, and director-level positions.What you’ll do:Manage full-cycle recruiting from requisition intake through offer.Source, screen, and interview candidates.Coordinate interviews and complete reference checks.Present offers and ensure a positive candidate experience.Maintain accurate records in Rippling ATS.Partner with hiring managers and HR throughout the hiring process.Ensure compliance with CA employment laws and organizational policies.What you’ll bring:2+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, non-profit recruiting experience is desired!Experience recruiting for a variety of roles and levels.Familiarity with ATS platforms; Rippling experience a plus.Knowledge of CA employment laws and hiring best practices.Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Indeed.Strong communication, organization, and time-management skills.Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Position Requirements:Must successfully pass a criminal background checkPlease note: Candidates must reside in California or Texas.
