Cleaning & Restoration Technician Voda Cleaning & Restoration of Rochester, NY Benefits 401(k) matching Bonus based on performance Health insurance Paid time off Training & development What We’re Looking For Positive attitude and strong work ethic Reliable, accountable, and team-oriented Comfortable with physical labor and active workdays Willingness to learn and grow in the restoration industry Comfortable working in customer-facing environments Basic comfort with technology, mobile apps, and documentation Ability to lift equipment and work in varying job site conditions Valid NYS driver’s license required Background check Preferred (Not Required) 1+ year of cleaning, restoration, construction, flooring, demolition, moving, maintenance, or other hands‑on labor experience IICRC Certifications (CCT, WRT, etc.) Experience with carpet cleaning, floor cleaning, tile & grout cleaning, upholstery cleaning, air duct cleaning, or restoration work Startup Environment / Flexibility Expectations This is a full-time, guaranteed 40-hour-per-week position. As a startup operation, flexibility and a team-first mentality are extremely important during the early growth phase. In addition to restoration work, technicians may assist with carpet cleaning, tile & grout cleaning, contents work, warehouse organization, equipment setup, vehicle organization, and other operational needs as the company grows. We’re looking for people who want to help build something - not just clock in and out.
