What You'll Do

• Generate and follow up on sales leads
• Build and maintain relationships with new and existing customers
• Prepare quotes and assist customers with product or service inquiries
• Manage customer accounts and provide ongoing support
• Communicating with customers by phone and email
• Help drive sales growth while maintaining excellent customer service

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or previous inside sales experience
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to build relationships and maintain customer accounts
• Basic computer skills including email and data entry
• Professional and dependable work habits
• Updated resume required

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous inside sales experience
• Experience working with customer accounts
• Experience using CRM or sales tracking software
• Business-to-business sales experience

Work Environment

• Professional office environment
• Frequent phone and email communication
• Primarily seated position with occasional standing and walking
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds as needed
• Team-oriented workplace focused on customer service and sales support
