Position: Radiation Therapist – Oncology

Location: Salina, KS
Position Type: Full-Time | Permanent
Shift: Days | Monday–Friday
Pay Range: $33.00 – $49.00/hour
Annual Salary Range: $69,000 – $103,000 (Based on experience)
Sign-On Bonus: $15,000
Relocation Assistance: Up to $5,000 available

Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Radiation Therapist to join an oncology care team. This full-time day shift opportunity is ideal for a compassionate radiation therapy professional who is dedicated to providing safe, accurate, and patient-centered cancer treatments.

The Radiation Therapist will deliver prescribed radiation treatments under the direction of radiation oncology leadership, perform treatment simulations, operate specialized equipment, and ensure high standards of patient safety while following ALARA principles.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an AMA-approved Radiation Therapy Technology program required
• Registered or registry-eligible Radiation Therapist required
• 1+ year of clinical experience required
• ARRT Registered Radiation Therapist (RT(T)) preferred
• Current Kansas Radiologic Technology license required
• BLS/CPR certification preferred
