Security Officer Patrol Access Coordinator – Lawnside, NJ Position Details Position Type: Full Time Pay Rate: $18.91 / Hour Job Schedule: Mon: 04:00 PM - 12:00 AM Tue: 04:00 PM - 12:00 AM Wed: 04:00 PM - 12:00 AM Thu: 04:00 PM - 12:00 AM Fri: 04:00 PM - 12:00 AM What You'll Do Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or drivers by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a logistics and distribution location. Respond to incidents, access concerns, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner, documenting observations and reporting unusual activity to appropriate contacts. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility, shipping and receiving areas, parking areas, and perimeter to deter unauthorized activity and identify conditions that may require attention. Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials and/or visitor information as directed by site policies, and assist with the orderly flow of people, vehicles, and deliveries on the property. Support day‑to‑day operations by maintaining a visible presence, communicating with site personnel, and following post orders related to patrol activity, incident response, and security-related reporting. Minimum Requirements Be at least 21 years of age. At this site there are limited on‑site facilities such as portable toilets and rustic guard shacks. Access control and badge experience is preferred. CPR and/or First Aid experience is preferred. CPR certification is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment. A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
