As a Restaurant General Manager, you will be instrumental in delivering exceptional dining experiences while fostering a positive and high-performing team culture. We are looking for a dynamic individual with a proven track record in full-service restaurant management to contribute to our continued success. Responsibilities Oversee daily full-service restaurant and bar operations Inspire and lead the team to achieve operational excellence and guest satisfaction Manage food and beverage inventory, labor costs, and financial performance Recruit, hire, train, and develop a high-performing restaurant team Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards Build and maintain strong relationships with guests and the local community Qualifications Minimum of 3 years of experience in high-volume, full-service restaurant management Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills Proven ability to drive sales and profitability Passion for the hospitality industry and a commitment to guest satisfaction Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends - off major holidays Proficient in the use of Microsoft and Google suits We Offer Competitive compensation package Opportunities for growth and advancement A chance to be part of a long-standing and respected restaurant group If you are a results-oriented leader with a passion for creating memorable dining experiences, we encourage you to apply.
