Description

American Traveler is hiring a Neuro Interventional Radiology RN for a 13-week acute care assignment requiring 2+ years of experience, ACLS/BLS certification, and sedation experience.

Details

• Neuro Interventional Radiology unit in a Level 1 trauma acute care hospital
• Day shift schedule of 4x10-hour shifts, 7:00am-5:30pm
• 40 hours per week
• Call required between 10-14 days per month
• Uses EPIC EMR system
• 12 hours of orientation provided

Requirements

• Active RN license (NE state or Compact/NLC)
• BLS and ACLS certifications required
• Minimum 2 years of experience required
• Sedation experience required
• BSN not required
• Driver's license required for consideration to verify residency distance
• Two professional references required: one supervisor from within the last 12 months and one peer or supervisor from within the last 3 years, including employment dates and rehire eligibility

Additional Information

• Must pass a pass/fail open-book exam on skills learned during orientation with a minimum score of 90%, or contract will be terminated
• Artificial nails are prohibited in all patient care departments; refusal to remove nails will result in contract termination
• Must reside at least 50 miles from the facility
• Candidates may not have been employed full time, part time, or PRN with any CommonSpirit-affiliated facility, including CHI and/or Dignity, within the past year
• Hospital may cancel up to 4 shifts per 13-week assignment
