Store Manager - Northridge Fashion

The Store Manager will coach and manage a team of Assistant Store Managers, Sales Leads, and Sales Associates. *Please note, this job will require the completion of an assessment that will be emailed to you upon submission of your application. In partnership with the Divisional Sales Manager and Human Resource Generalist identify and resolve any potential performance issues and policy violations. Utilize your brilliance across your divisions of responsibility (talent, brand, operations, and fan experience), guaranteeing the timely implementation of visual merchandising directives, efficient operational processes, and continuous talent growth and development. Qualifications Results‑oriented leader with 3‑5 years of experience as a Store Manager in a high‑performance selling environment. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to charm and captivate an audience. Sharp business acumen and analytical thinking that delivers positive results. Talent magnet skilled in recruiting, retaining, and developing exceptional teams, with experience in succession planning and internal mobility. Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 Suite, KWI, POS systems, and applicant tracking systems. Minimum age 18, proof of identity, and eligibility to work. Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays; ability to stand for extended periods. Dedication to compensation and benefits: base salary plus bonuses, 401K plan, medical, dental, vision, disability, life insurance, anniversary gift cards, product discounts, learning and development programs, tuition reimbursement, PTO packages, paid holidays.
