Construction Project Manager

Location: USA We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee our construction projects in the USA. This is a contract position with the potential for long-term employment. Responsibilities Plan, organize and manage all aspects of construction projects from start to finish. Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards. Manage project teams and subcontractors. Communicate with clients, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure project goals are met. Maintain project documentation and prepare progress reports. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes. Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the construction process. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Construction Project Manager. Extensive knowledge of construction processes, materials, and techniques. Strong leadership and communication skills. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet tight deadlines.
