Position Summary

The Inventory Specialist plays a key role in keeping our operations running smoothly by ensuring inventory accuracy and product availability. This position supports order fulfillment, inventory tracking, and cross-functional coordination to deliver an outstanding customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain inventory workflows within ERP systems
• Review and validate sales orders for accuracy, pricing, and configuration
• Coordinate shipments, including backorders and special requests
• Monitor inventory levels and resolve shortages proactively
• Maintain accurate shipping schedules and order data
• Support quoting by verifying inventory availability
• Process returns, including customer communication and authorizations
• Perform cycle counts, audits, and inventory reconciliation
• Create and manage production kits and work orders
• Track material usage and reconcile completed work orders
• Maintain service order and equipment records
• Collaborate with shipping, receiving, and purchasing teams

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Analytical and problem-solving ability
• Experience with ERP or inventory systems preferred
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Team-oriented mindset with flexibility to support operations
