Senior Penetration Tester

Seeking a highly experienced Senior Penetration Tester, this full-time hybrid position will focus on advanced security testing for Microsoft 365 and Azure environments, lead a team of testers, and conduct security audits while working remotely from Washington, DC. Key responsibilities: Plan and execute advanced penetration tests and security assessments on Microsoft 365 and Azure environments Lead and mentor a team of penetration testers, providing guidance and expertise Create detailed reports and present findings to management, including risk assessments and recommendations Required qualifications: Bachelor's degree and at least 10 years of experience in cybersecurity, or equivalent experience Minimum of 7 years in Red Team assessments and penetration testing, specifically with Microsoft 365 and Azure Security Expertise in scripting languages such as Python and PowerShell Proficiency with penetration testing tools like Kali Linux and Burp Suite One or more relevant certifications such as OSCP, GPEN, or MS-500
