Essential Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and reliable vehicle
• Ability to pass several pre-employment screenings
• Compassionate, dependable, and professional
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to lift/push/pull up to 25 lbs
• Caregiving experience preferred, but not required (CNA, DSP, childcare, family caregiving, etc.)

Key Responsibilities-

Personal Care

• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and transfers (including Hoyer or Sit to Stand use)

Companionship

• Provide conversation, emotional support, and engage clients in activities
• Promote independence and dignity

Home Support

• Light housekeeping, meal preparation, pet care
• Provide transportation using your own vehicle

Specialized Care Services

• Support clients living with Alzheimer’s and other forms of dementia
• Provide comfort-focused, compassionate care for clients receiving hospice services

Additional Requirements

• Complete required state and company training
• Maintain professional, timely communication with clients, families, and office staff
• Perform other reasonable duties as assigned
