We are seeking a Physical Therapist (PT) Outpatient for a 13-week contract in Tumwater, Washington. The Physical Therapist will provide outpatient rehabilitation services, evaluating patients and developing individualized treatment plans designed to improve mobility, function, strength, and independence.

Candidates must have experience in an outpatient therapy setting and hold an active Physical Therapist license or qualifying Physical Therapy Compact privilege. Washington and Alaska compact privileges are accepted for this assignment when eligibility requirements are met.

• Evaluate patients to identify functional limitations, mobility deficits, and individualized rehabilitation goals.

• Develop and implement patient-specific physical therapy treatment plans based on clinical findings and functional needs.

• Provide therapeutic interventions designed to improve mobility, strength, flexibility, function, and independence.

• Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans based on clinical response and rehabilitation outcomes.

• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and collaborate with providers and other rehabilitation professionals to support continuity of care.

• Outpatient Physical Therapy Setting Experience Required; Candidates With Less Than 1 Year of Experience May Be Considered.

• Current, Active Physical Therapist License or Eligible Physical Therapy Compact Privilege Required.

• Must Meet Washington State Physical Therapy Practice Eligibility Requirements Prior to Beginning the Assignment.

• Ability to Work Day Shift, 8-Hour Shifts, and Maintain the Required Outpatient Patient Care Schedule.

• Completion of All Required Credentialing and Assignment-Specific Documentation Prior to Start Required.
