Warehouse Logistics & Inventory Control Lead Location: Carrolton, Texas Job Type: Full-time | Salaried | Exempt Responsibilities Own daily warehouse throughput from receiving to dispatch while upholding safety and quality standards. Schedule, train, and coach team members; set expectations and manage performance. Maintain inventory accuracy with disciplined cycle counts and audit routines. Partner with logistics, shipping, and receiving to streamline workflows and remove bottlenecks. Address operational issues rapidly and escalate as appropriate. Track equipment and facility needs, coordinating maintenance to minimize downtime. Deliver timely reports on inventory, operational performance, and labor. Foster a respectful, collaborative, and results-oriented culture. Qualifications Must have a Bachelor’s Degree in related field. Experience in warehouse operations; supervisory experience preferred. Demonstrated leadership and team development skills. Strong organizational aptitude and problem-solving mindset. Knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory control methods. Ability to perform in a fast-paced setting and manage competing priorities. Familiarity with warehouse safety regulations and best practices. Effective verbal and written communication.
