If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join our healthcare partner's ICU team. This role offers the chance to work with a variety of patients, including those recovering from cardiac surgeries, and to utilize your expertise in a supportive and collaborative setting.

As a valued member of the ICU team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to patients with complex needs. You will have the opportunity to work with advanced medical technologies and collaborate with a dedicated team of healthcare professionals.

• Provide comprehensive care to ICU patients, including those with cardiac conditions
• Float to PCU and Med Surg as needed, ensuring seamless patient care
• Utilize EPIC for accurate and efficient charting
• Participate in a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
• Adhere to all facility policies and procedures, including punctuality and attendance

Requirements for this role include:

• Need 2 years experience in ICU setting, including cardiac experience
• Experience with IABP, Impella, and CRRT
• Experience with Day 2/Day 3 post-op CABGs
• Current BLS, ACLS, PALS, and NIHSS certifications
• Active NE or compact nursing license in good standing
• EPIC experience required
